Utah SNA Scholarship Application 2026
Applications are open NOW and close February 7th, 2026 at 11:59pm MST. There will be one $1,000 scholarship, one $750 scholarship, and one $500 scholarship awarded for a total of 3 scholarships. Winners will be announced at the 2026 Utah SNA Convention being held on Saturday, February 21st 2026 at Southern Utah University. There will be NO exceptions to the due date. Winners need to attend the convention to receive the scholarship, no exceptions.
Please submit the following to enter the application for a scholarship:
In 500 words or less, describe the importance of leadership in nursing and how you have (or will) use those leadership skills in your career. This can include any kind of nursing, including administrative nursing, floor nursing, advance practice nursing, etc.
*Bonus points to increase your chances of winning the scholarship will be awarded to those who:
Again, in order to receive this scholarship, you must be registered to attend the annual convention at Southern Utah University on February 21st, 2026. To register for convention go to "Convention Registration" under the "More" tab.

- Run for office to serve on the USNA board of directors (3 bonus points)
- Follow USNA on Instagram @utahsna (2 bonus points).
- Bring another nursing student with you to the convention (1 bonus point)
